All donations and seva contributions made through this website are voluntary offerings and are generally non-refundable, as they are used towards performing your chosen seva, prasadam distribution, or Gau Seva.
If a payment is successfully debited but not confirmed on our system due to a technical error, it will be treated as a failed transaction and refunded after reconciliation within a reasonable time period.
For duplicate or incorrect payments, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review and resolve the matter fairly.
80G tax exemption is available only for donations made towards Annadana Seva and Gau Seva. Ritual sevas such as Maha Abhishekam, Makhan Mishri Seva, Jhulan Seva, Vastra Alankar, 108 Bhog Seva, Tulsi Arpan Seva, and Vishesha Alankar Seva are considered devotional offerings and are not eligible for 80G tax exemption.
